Service Description

Deluxe VIP for up to 20 toddlers / up to 30 adults additional child $20, additonal adult $10, additional hour $100 - whole facility renting for 3 hours party - whole theme decoration including theme backdrop, ballon garland, theme plates and napkins for kids only, adult chairs covers, fabric tablecloth for sweet table. - 2 large pizzas (Cheese, pepperoni or sausage) - 20 juices, 30 waters, unlimited coffee and tea for adults - entertainment - 30 min character visit, or balloon artist or facepainter (third party company, depend on availiabity) - you can bring additional food and drinks - Price $1150 not including gratuity Retiner of 350$ required to booking- deposit is NON-REFUNABLE, will be used toward the balance due at the day of party

Cancellation Policy

Once you book your party using our online reservation system, you will receive confirmation by email. We will not call you unless there is an issue with your reservation. A retainer is required to make a reservation. Party time slots will not be held without retainer for any reason. Rescheduling is not available. Your party retainer is non-refundable when there are 14 days or less to your party date. Your retainer in non-refundable are MINUS a 50$ Processing and Loss of Business fee if there are 15 days or more remaining to your party date. Cancellation must be requested in writing by replying to all on your party invoice email. Refund take 10-15 business days to process. You may receive an email with your remaining balance due - please be aware that it is ONLY estimated balance and has not included any other adds on and gratuity.
