Service Description
$500 plus 10% service fee What’s Included: Guest Capacity: Up to 15 children (ages 0-7) and 15 adults. Older siblings can enjoy the playground, but some restrictions apply. Additional guests are welcome for an extra fee: $15 per child and $10 per adult. Final headcount must be confirmed with the party coordinator 24 hours before the event. Maximum capacity is 60 guests. Exclusive Facility Use: Enjoy 2 hours of private access to the entire playground. During your party, the facility will be closed to the public. Time extensions are available with prior approval: Extra hour: $150 Extra 30 minutes: $80 Basic Decorations: Includes tablecloths, plates, and napkins for the kids’ table. Room setup includes: Kids’ tables with kids’ chairs Two 6-foot tables for adults with 12 chairs One 6-foot dessert table and one 6-foot food table "Happy Birthday" backdrop on the wall behind the dessert table Additional seating near the play area Extra plates, napkins, and utensils are available for purchase. Theme Decoration Option: Starting at $180, this add-on includes: Themed backdrop rental Basic L-shaped balloon garland Themed plates and napkins for the kids' table For more details, please refer to our [Rules and Guidelines]. Cancellation Policy
Once you book your party using our online reservation system, you will receive confirmation by email. We will not call you unless there is an issue with your reservation. A retainer is required to make a reservation. Party time slots will not be held without retainer for any reason. Rescheduling is not available. Your party retainer is non-refundable when there are 14 days or less to your party date. Your retainer in non-refundable are MINUS a 50$ Processing and Loss of Business fee if there are 15 days or more remaining to your party date. Cancellation must be requested in writing by replying to all on your party invoice email. Refund take 10-15 business days to process. You may receive an email with your remaining balance due - please be aware that it is ONLY estimated balance and has not included any other adds on and gratuity.
